1 Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions apply to the rBazi platform (www.rbazi.biz) and all associated services. References to "rBazi", "we", or "us" refer to the company that operates the rBazi platform. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any individual who has registered on rBazi or is using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register on rBazi, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• No previous account closures by rBazi.

Registration Process

3 Account Management

Your rBazi account is strictly personal. Sharing your login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

Password Protection

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining numbers and special symbols.
• You are advised to change your password regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Update Account Information

If your contact details, address, or payment method changes, update your account settings immediately. rBazi will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Betting Rules

All betting activity on rBazi is governed by specific rules. rBazi reserves the final right to accept, void, or modify any bet.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• If an event is cancelled for any reason, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• RBazi reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• For live betting, odds change in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each event and market and are clearly displayed on the platform. rBazi reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Odds & Payouts

All odds on rBazi are displayed in decimal format. Payouts are calculated using the formula: stake × odds. Any applicable taxes or deductions will be communicated separately.

5 Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit

RBazi supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Any applicable minimum deposit amount will be displayed at the time of deposit.

• Only use a bank account or card registered in your own name for deposits.
• The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

8 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

RBazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts for rule violations without prior notice. Balances may be forfeited if fraud is established. Accounts inactive for 12 months may be suspended and subject to maintenance fees.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, please contact our support team first. We will endeavor to respond within 7 business days of receiving your complaint.

• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the incident.
• All available evidence will be reviewed before rBazi reaches a final decision.
• If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may apply for independent mediation.

12 Changes to Terms

RBazi reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
